MartinDelattre Corp Tim Steinour President and Owner Tim is the President at E-Safe and has over 30 years of experience in Information Technologies. He has a diverse background with experience in manufacturing, distribution, financial, legal, local government, and healthcare. Tim did computer consulting for 7 years with several different consulting firms in the Pittsburgh and DC areas. In 1989 Tim left Westinghouse SCC division to form Premier Technologies a company that specialized in providing IBM solutions. In 2007 Tim formed E-Safe Technologies as a Premier Holding Corp company that specialized in IT Solutions. Tim grew up in Gettysburg, PA and has a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. He received the Westinghouse Signature Award of Excellence in 1987 and is a graduate of the Katz Entrepreneurial Fellowship Program. Bruce Thompson Executive Vice President Bruce is the Executive Vice President at E-Safe. He grew up in Latrobe and has a Bachelors Degree from University of Pittsburgh at Bradford 1991. Major – Business Management, Minor-Human Resources. At E-Safe, Bruce leads the sales, delivery, and marketing teams taking to market a full suite of hardware, software and service solutions. A creative, entrepreneurial professional with successful experience in leading sales, marketing, operations, and support services on a global and national level, Bruce has worked at UBICS (VP of Sales & Regional Sales Director) 2002-2011, RedHat (Manager, Services) 2000-2002, and Mastech/iGate (Regional Sales) 1995-1999. He has been in the IT industry for 20 years and has certifications from VMSP (Veeam) as a Barracuda Sales Professional. Eric Pond Director of Technical Engineering Eric is a native of Moon Township, Pennsylvania and has 16 years in the Information Technology field. Eric attended Robert Morris University and also worked at the University for 14 years holding various positions ranging from the desktop to the datacenter, of which the last position he held was Senior System Engineer. As a part of the E-Safe team, Eric holds the position of Virtualization Practice Manager. In this role, Eric assists customers to maximize and optimize their investment in existing virtualization technologies as well as leverage best practices and industry trends during the planning, design and implementation of new virtualization projects and the surrounding virtualization ecosystem. In addition to his time in the office, Eric is a founding leader of the Western PA VMware User Group (WPVMUG) which was established in early 2007. Eric has also been named as a vExpert for the last 5 years and is on the global VMUG Communications Committee. Michael Graft Solution Architect Hometown: Pittsburgh, PA Education: PTI – Associates Degree in MNP+ Experience: 17 Years Total – Help Desk, Consulting, Network Administration, Technology Manager, and Teaching. 1 Year with E-Safe Technologies Certifications: MCSE, MCP, MCT, A+, Net Plus, Security Plus, Kronos Information, CCNA, VMTSP, SharePoint, Xorcom Communications, and MS Certification Plus Barbara Steinour Director of Consulting Services Barbara has been providing IT Services to local and national companies since 1992. She worked as a Marketing Representative for an international IT Consulting company from 1992-1998 where she was consistently one of their top performing national sales and marketing reps. She joined E-Safe Technologies in 1998 as their Director of Consulting Services where she leads the sales, staffing and delivery of specialized IT Service projects to both local and national companies of all sizes. In addition she is responsible for providing valuable insight and recommendations on the direction of E-Safe Technologies solutions and offerings. Barbara was instrumental in formalizing the E-Safe Health Division in 2018 which focuses on streamlining services such as security and HIPAA compliance, Managed IT Services, HIM compliance and IT-based Revenue Enhancement for health industry clients. Suzanne Paone, MBA, DHA, RHIA Principal Advisor for E-Safe Health Dr. Suzanne Paone background in technology and data management involves 28 years of experience delivering large scale technology innovations in health care and the life sciences. Her executive leadership roles involved hundreds of millions of dollars in operational IT responsibility including IT System Portfolios for hospitals, physician offices, clinics, long term care, health plans and consumer eHealth solutions. Her experience also includes the governance of Clinical Translational Science Programs from the National Institutes of Health (NIH), the Department of Defense (DOD) and Pennsylvania State Emergency Management (PANG) technology development. She has advised numerous technology companies as well as leading organizations in higher education in both the U.S. and internationally. She maintains an active teaching presence with academic appointments at the University of Pittsburgh Schools of Medicine and Public Health, Carlow University and Ashford University in San Diego. Suzanne is also a credentialed RHIA Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) through the America Health Information Management Association. She is a Board Trustee at Carlow University and Heritage Valley Health System in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. Jo Jefferson, BS, MBA Senior Advisor for E-Safe Health Division Jo Jefferson has over 20 years of experience in health care IT management including the acquisition, design, implementation and support of both custom technology platforms as well as numerous clinical, financial and CRM vendor platforms. Jo has also worked in technology roles in multiple industry sectors such as utilities and manufacturing including the design and implementation of complex technology architectures and large-scale client support responsibilities. Currently Jo advises in higher education and health IT as well as volunteering as a technology expert in the faith based, not-for-profit sector.
