E-Safe Named to Pittsburgh Public Schools Occupational Advisory Board


E-Safe Technologies along with VP of Technical Services, Rob McCafferty, has been named to the Occupation Advisory Committee for the Pittsburgh Public Schools, helping guide information technology curriculum in the district. The Occupational Advisory Committee plays a vital role in ensuring the program meets the needs of local employers as well as the needs of the students as they prepare for entry level jobs or postsecondary education. As a member of the Information Technology Occupational Advisory Committee Rob McCafferty along with E-Safe will advise Pittsburgh Public Schools on concerning facilities, required skills, equipment and curriculum upgrades that are necessary to develop competent workers for Information Technology and industry. The purpose of the committee is to help the district meet its goal that all Pittsburgh Public School students will graduate college ready or with a workforce certification.
